Aimed at: Supervisors and Managers responsible for the day-to-day procurement activities of logistics operations; Managers of other departments who require a more in-depth knowledge of how procurement works.
- SOURCING & PROCUREMENT OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
- Summary: The scope of procurement; Sourcing; Purchasing; Progress monitoring and control; Global sourcing.
Advanced
Aimed at: Managers with responsibility for planning strategic sourcing and procurement activities within the supply chain in the medium term.
- ADVANCED LEVEL SOURCING & PROCUREMENT
- Summary: The role of sourcing and procurement; Sourcing and procurement procedures and processes; Managing risk and spend; Performance measurement in sourcing and supply.
