Intermediate

Aimed at: Supervisors and Managers responsible for the day-to-day productions planning activities of logistics operations; Managers of other departments who require a more in-depth knowledge of the procurement function.

PRODUCTION OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Summary: Time-scales and manufacturing requirements; Date production for production plans; Reviewing production plans and identifying operating regimes/planned output levels; Relevant data capture for the development of plans and schedules; Review capacity plans and identify capacity constraints; Developing solutions.
 

Advanced

Aimed at: Managers with responsibility for planning supply chain and logistics activities in the medium term.
