Our aim to be a “feel good” organisation
can only be realised if we are prepared to conduct our interactions
with our internal and external contacts with the highest standards
of integrity and customer care. In the pursuit of this aim we undertake:
For our students:
- To deliver practical, relevant and stimulating
learning experiences, providing techniques that can be readily
applied in the workplace.
- To underpin our supported self study courses with strong empathetic coaching support,
guiding students to the successful completion of their courses.
For our learning delivery team:
- To create an environment where they have every
opportunity to excel and where good and (should it happen) not
so good results are fed back to them enabling them (as well as
their students) to learn and develop from each training event
that they deliver.
For our support staff
- To develop a workplace where their efforts
are noticed, valued and rewarded and their input encouraged.
